- It is essential that political consent is given for a broad participation of private companies in construction and maintenance of telecommunication infonetworks at present and infohighways in the future. This means demonopolization of the current structure of telecommunication services.
- The legislative authorities should work out reasonable legal solutions regulating information technology.
- Apart from legal verification the process of creating legal acts should be accompanied by information verification which will guarantee their algorithmisation.
- For the society’s benefit as well as social acceptance of IT implementation it is necessary that laws protecting personal data in common information systems are established.
- To ensure proper development of Information Technology it is necessary that highly qualified information staff is developed through a proper educational system.
- The access to Information Technology at home and at school must be facilitated by decrease of customs duties and taxes. This will consequently ensure an adequate level of IT knowledge in the society.
- In the era of common access to culture it is necessary that the Polish culture is promoted through the means of Information Technology.
